It was already taking. It was honestly a matter of time before it happened. Mobile phones, Apps accompany us all day so reaching this point was not at all unreasonable. The “ iCafé ” already exists. Or in other words, we already have an App to prepare coffee remotely using an iPhone.
Taking advantage of the Wi-fi connection, Mr. Coffee is the first coffee maker that can work with a mobile phone. Thanks to this technological advance, up to 10 cups of coffee can be prepared using the iPhone as a remote control.

However, this is not the first appliance to say “smart”. Samsung has commercialized the first social refrigerator, the T9000 , that allows you to consult the main social networks. Through an LCD screen this refrigerator gives us the option of accessing different applications such as Evernote to manage shopping lists.
And LG’s innovation department has gone even further. They have presented the first appliances that you can talk to. The LG HomeChat system allows us to control or inform us about parameters of household appliances in the same way as if talk to them. Thus, among its catalog we find a refrigerator with a chamber, a washing machine that responds to a conversation and a microwave with WiFi. To manage this interaction, we have had the collaboration of the mobile messaging operating system Line.
At the moment the first landing of these appliances has been in Korea but they will soon arrive in the United States so it will not take long to see each other here.
