Subscription renewals must be canceled at least 20 days before the renewal date. If not canceled with sufficient notice, no refund will be made, and the license will remain active for the contracted period.
Plans will not be manually canceled by King of App staff. There is a user area where the customer can manage their subscriptions, invoices, and other data. The customer can cancel their plans at any time. Therefore, it is the user’s responsibility to cancel an active license that they no longer wish to use.
Right to cancel plans:
We reserve the right to cancel a plan if it is shared with different users who do not belong to a company or do not collaborate with it.
The customer may request the total deletion of their data at any time. However, for accounting purposes, billing data will remain for 5 years in accordance with the law.
No full or partial refunds will be made for subscriptions not canceled on time. In the event of an error by King of App, the situation will be evaluated, and appropriate measures will be taken.
