It is the bone par excellence. The subject most feared by most students: mathematics . Well, there are many Apps that try to help us with the difficult situation in which numbers tend to put us, but few do it like PhotoMath .
Calculators are of all kinds. From those that our phones already incorporate to powerful calculation tools or Apps that simply make adding and subtracting more fun. However, PhotoMath has gone a bit further and, best of all, has been the first to do so.
This App has the particularity of performing practically any type of calculation based on a photograph . To date we have seen translators using a similar system, but we had not yet gotten to the mathematical operations.
Conceived and developed by the British company MicroBlink , PhotoMath works based on a powerful image recognition and processing system; technology that they have developed from the ground up and on which they have several applications to demonstrate their value and possible applications to potential buyers. PhotoMath is her latest creation and the dream of any teenager struggling with her homework.
At the moment this App is capable of solving basic operations, fractions, decimals, linear equations and gradually new “skills” will be added. The best, without a doubt, is that apart from giving the result of the operation, it explains, step by step, how it has been reached, so it not only solves but also educates.
At the moment this App is only available for iOs and (oh surprise!) WindowsPhone devices. Its version for Android mobiles will also be ready soon.
