The first to trust this photographic social network to promote their car models has been Mercedes. For a few days now, it has been offering the possibility of configuring one of its newest models, the Mercedes-Benz. GLA from the walls of Instagram.

Mercedes Benz has joined those who trust in Instagram as a great showcase to promote its products. One of the first to do so was Ikea, which posted an original catalogue a few months ago. However, Mercedes is going one step further by allowing each user to configure and personalise their car.

Using the tagging option, every user will be able to choose from the body colour to the rims or whether they want a sunroof. All of these options can be configured on their website, but with this initiative it is possible to do so not only in a more original way but also in a fun way.

And the fact is that promotion on social networks is one of the paths that many companies have successfully taken. To the already known Facebook either Twitter, and the different options they offer, as pioneers in commercial presence on networks, have been added Pinterest and Instagram as innovative formulas when presenting and promoting products for reach a very specific audience.
