At King of App, we are committed to providing the best possible service to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we offer the following return policy:

Renewals:

Subscription renewals must be cancelled at least 20 days before the renewal date. If not cancelled in advance, no refund will be issued and the license will remain active for the contracted period.

Cancellations:

Manual plan cancellations will not be performed by King of App staff. There is a user area where the user can manage their subscriptions, invoices and other data. The customer has the possibility to cancel their plans at any time. Therefore, it is the user's responsibility to cancel an active license that they no longer wish to use.

Right to cancel plans:

We reserve the right to cancel a plan if it is shared with different users who do not belong to or collaborate with a company.

Data erasure:

The customer can request the complete deletion of his/her data at any time. However, for accounting purposes, billing data will remain for 5 years in accordance with the law.

Refunds:

No full or partial refunds will be made for subscriptions not cancelled in time. In the event of an error on the part of King of App, the situation will be evaluated and appropriate action will be taken.
