Some definitions.

• Application: element resulting from the compilation process, which is offered on distribution platforms for use on mobile devices.
• Author: registered user under whose profile a Complement is offered for sale, and who owns all intellectual or industrial property rights over it, so that he/she publishes it, licenses it and allows it to be used legally
  in an Application.
• Complement: modules, templates, themes and other plug-ins that are purchased from King of App and are subject to this license.
• Platform, Web: is used to refer to the website as a whole on which King of App provides its services and offers its products.

What does this license entail?

The Author is the owner or has permission.

The Author must be the owner of the intellectual, industrial, image or other property rights that may apply to the Add-on or its content, or be authorized to allow users to legally use the Add-ons,
within the limits of this license.

Why it is important.

If the Author did not have these rights or permissions, the publication on King of App or the use of the Plugin by users would not be legal: we would be using something that does not belong to us, in a way that we are not allowed to.

In the event that the Author is committing, with or in his Complement, any violation of copyright or third party rights, he will be fully responsible before the legitimate owners, before the users and before King of App for the damages
and damages of any kind arising from the infringement, holding them harmless against claims from third parties.

The license authorizes, not sells.

By granting this license, the Author is not selling the Add-on, but rather giving a series of permissions to the user. These permissions delimit what can and cannot be done, since everything that is not expressly permitted will be reserved to the
Author.

Using licenses with copyleft.

Any licenses that may apply to some of the content of the Add-ons must, in any case, be compatible with these terms and conditions.

There are contents and software whose use is only permitted on the condition that the terms of their licenses (called licenses) strict copyleft) also apply to all those works in which they are integrated. In King
of App we want each Author to be able to choose how to license their Add-ons, and each user to be able to license their Applications respecting the conditions of the distribution platforms. Therefore, the Author undertakes to
not to include in the Add-ons creations whose licenses oblige other programs, pieces of code or intellectual creations with which they are integrated, communicated or linked, to be licensed under the same conditions.

King of App as an intermediary.

King of App only acts as an intermediary. It does not edit, review or have knowledge of all published content. King of App offers technology as a tool for publishing, designing and editing Add-ons, and a meeting point for
designers (Authors) and users. The Terms and Conditions define the framework of guarantees and responsibilities of King of App, the Authors and the users.

The Author is the one who licenses his Add-on, and therefore this license is between him and the users. King of App makes this relationship possible, providing technology and a meeting point, a marketplace.

This publication and license is made by the Author from his registered user profile, selecting in the process what type of license he wants. The user, when acquiring a Plugin, agrees to use it under these terms.

Terms and Conditions of the Website.

The terms of use of the Platform complement the provisions of this license, and will apply in a subsidiary manner for those cases in which it does not contain a specific regulation. However, if there is a conflict between the terms

For whom and for what.

What is the scope of this license?

This license grants the purchaser a worldwide, indefinite, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license.

One License, One Application.

This authorization is for use in a single mobile Application, and a license must be acquired for each Application in which the Add-on is to be integrated.

License to use for registered user.

Add-ons under this paid license are offered to registered users.

This license makes it possible for users to access the source code and customize the Plugin, with the aim of integrating these Plugins into a mobile Application, compiled under the ID of King of App or under
the user ID, Product that will subsequently be distributed on the different third-party platforms for mobile Applications.

The Author, and not King of App, is the licensor of the Add-on, and therefore authorizes its use under the conditions of this license. In no case may the Author negotiate particular terms with the users of the Add-on, who in any case
will be considered not applicable.

License for compilation, publication and sale on distribution platforms.

The services offered by King of App include the compilation, publication and sale of the Mobile Applications on the distribution platforms of operators such as, for example, Apple or Google. The Author authorizes King of App to:
Users who acquire their Add-on, to use it in these processes, and to license the Mobile Applications, where the Add-on is integrated, under their own developer ID, where applicable.

What is allowed.

The user who acquires the Add-on will be able to:

1. Access the source code to customize the Plugin, in order to adapt it to the needs of your Application.
2. Incorporate it into a single Application.
3. Sell and make an indeterminate number of copies of the Application.
4. When the Application is the result of an order by a client of the licensed user, it will be understood that the user has acquired the Add-on on behalf of that client only, having to acquire another license for other clients.
   who may need it. Ownership of the Application and the license of the Add-on will belong to the client. The user may charge his client for the order of the Mobile Application.
5. Access to the source code permitted to users will be in plain text and in a specific section of the Web.

What is not allowed.

The permissions granted in this license are granted to allow the publication, editing and integration of the Add-on into an Application, for its subsequent distribution. For all these reasons, uses that are not directed to
achieve these purposes. Other uses are, unless otherwise stated, reserved to the Author.

For example, the following uses are expressly excluded:

1. Extract elements, components or pieces from the Add-on. For example, buttons, labels, photos, logos, videos…
2. Sublicense the Add-on outside of a Mobile Application, as a product in its own right, either in its original version or with modifications of any kind.
3. Allow the end user to modify and/or extract the Application Plugin.
4. Introduce or provide access to illegal content, contrary to King of App content policies or infringing third party rights.
5. Use the Add-on for illegal or infringing purposes or for purposes that harm the interests of third parties.
6. Use the Add-on in more than one Application, even for the same client, without having acquired the additional license that would be necessary.

Other restrictions.

Source code in native language.

This license does not provide any user with the source code of any Application, created with King of App, in the native language of any of the mobile platforms supported by the Applications.

It is not a trademark or patent license.

Within the Add-ons there may be logos, brands, or other signs or symbols that may be the property of third parties. Therefore, their use outside the purpose, scope and limits of this license is not permitted. That is, they cannot be modified,
extract, or use in products or services other than the Add-on or Application itself, or for any purpose other than that of this license.

No license is granted for any patents whose subject matter claims are contained within the code of the Add-on.

No image rights granted.

Some Add-ons may contain photographs or images of people. The Author must have sufficient permissions to legally incorporate them and make it possible for all permissions of this license to be displayed. At the same time,
The user may not use such photographs or images in any way that exceeds the usage permissions that such images have.

What commitments does the user have?

License notices and attribution notices.

In some cases, the Add-ons include indications about who the Author is, as well as license notices. Both must be respected and maintained by the user, since removing or altering them may in itself constitute a violation of copyright.
intellectual property rights of their authors.

Modifications introduced.

The user can customize the Add-on to adapt it to the needs of his Application. These modifications are made at his initiative and discretion, and are therefore his responsibility and he agrees to assume liability for any damages or losses.
that may be caused to King of App, other users of the Add-on or end users of the Application. Likewise, the user guarantees the operation, suitability, maintenance and updating of the modifications that he has made.

Price.

The license fee is included in the retail price listed on each Add-on's page.

Other agreements.

Anything not covered by this license shall be governed by the Website Terms and Conditions. If there is any inconsistency between those terms and this license, the terms of the license shall apply in preference.

Termination.

This license may be terminated if the user breaches any of its terms.

As a consequence, the user must stop using the Add-on, remove it from the Application in which it has been integrated or remove the Application from the distribution platforms. Likewise, King of App may remove it on its own initiative.

In severe cases, King of App may delete the user's profile, which means losing:

• The Add-Ons you have purchased.
• Applications you have compiled.
