Three months in one of the main economic capitals of the world to launch your product in a new continent.
The first reaction is clear: joy . Recognizing your work at the head of a business initiative is priceless. Illusion, summer afternoons worked, sleepless nights planning the future that, suddenly, have an unexpected departure. A reward for the past and for what may come. Being among the chosen , do not deny it, like it and whoever denies it, lies.
The second reaction is always the most difficult and is reflection . What does it mean to be part of the StarupsMansion experience for a company like us? When should I go? What situation will King of App be in by then? And as always, each question has several answers. Rather, it has a single answer but with many nuances.
The truth is that as the date of deciding what to do approaches, the nuances disappear. The truth is that StartupsMansion is held from September to November. Three months in which living with 30 other companies in the sector can be most rewarding. Twelve weeks to expand the network of contacts and get new rounds of funding for a project that will be born by then.
Yes, we are just a few weeks away from seeing the light. After many efforts, King of App has already started its countdown. The trip to New York will coincide with the launch of our low cost app creation system .
And the third reaction comes: make a decision .
The picture is sweet. The opportunity is promising to say the least. However, at King of App we believe that before running you have to learn to walk . We hit the market in a few weeks and the illusion overwhelms us. We want to live it up close, we want to be present in the creature’s first steps, we want to know what his first words are going to be, to be close to him but also close to you.
We know the importance of interprofessional relationships but, sorry, not this year, we will not go to New York. Therefore, from here we want to thank the organizers of StartupsMansion for trusting us, for believing in our project, for thinking that we fit in with this initiative. We also believe in Carlos , Ignacio and Pascual by the value they have had in promoting this initiative; for being at the side of entrepreneurs, of people who have ideas and want to carry them out .
